Sabina Park Pitch Report

The Sabina Park surface is expected to provide a balanced contest between bat and ball. The new ball could assist fast bowlers with useful bounce and carry, making the opening phase important for both teams. Batting should become more comfortable once the initial movement settles, allowing set players to attack through the line.

Spinners could also have a role in the middle overs by varying their pace and targeting the right areas. Dew could make conditions slightly easier for the chasing side later in the evening. The captain winning the toss may therefore prefer to bowl first and assess the target. A total around 165-175 could prove competitive at the venue.
