Sam Noakes defeats Denys Berinchyk
Lightweight Sam Noakes (19-1, 16 KOs) collected the vacant WBO International lightweight title after securing a wide unanimous decision over Denys Berinchyk. The judges turned in matching wide cards of 100-90, 99-91, and 98-92.
The 29-year-old Noakes relied on steady volume, youth, and physical strength to break down the veteran former champion across ten full rounds. Noakes maintained complete control from the pocket, building an insurmountable lead without needing a knockdown to seal the result.
The bout served as Berinchyk’s return to action following his world title defeat against Keyshawn Davis in February 2025. For Noakes, the dominant performance offered an emphatic bounce-back victory after his close decision loss to Abdullah Mason for the WBO belt last November.
Guido Vianello and Moses Jolly Fight to Draw
Guido Vianello (14-3-2, 12 KOs) and Moses Jolly (12-0-1, 8 KOs) settled for an unpopular eight-round draw after referee Amy Pu turned in a 76-76 scorecard. Vianello seemed to control the action, dictating the tempo from the opening bell.
The Italian landed crisp, direct punches, relying on sharp boxing fundamentals. Jolly refused to fold, smothering the range to turn stretches of the bout into an ugly inside scrap.
Bleeding from Vianello’s left ear prompted a doctor’s check early in round seven, though the action was allowed to continue. It goes down as another frustrating verdict for Vianello, who boxed well enough to take the win, only to come away empty-handed on the official card.
Nelson Hysa Stops Thomas Narmo in Round Two
Heavyweight Nelson Hysa (25-0, 23 KOs) stopped Thomas Narmo (14-1) by second-round TKO. He spent the first round studying the 6-foot-7 Narmo. Once round two started, Hysa went straight on the attack. He landed a crushing right hand that sent Narmo tumbling into the corner. Narmo managed to stand, but he was clearly unsteady, forcing the referee to halt the bout.
It was a classic performance from Hysa. He took a quick look at his opponent, brought heavy pressure, and finished the job early. Live reports highlighted how quickly he charged forward to drop Narmo. Hysa took the opening round 10 to 9 on the official card before securing the stoppage.
Constantin Ursu Stops Ben Vaughan in Round Eight
Welterweight Constantin Ursu (16-0, 7 KOs) stopped Ben Vaughan (12-3, 4 KOs) by eighth-round TKO after a severe cut forced a halt to the action.
The contest remained competitive through the early rounds until an accidental head clash in the fifth opened a deep gash above the right eye of Vaughan. The corner worked hard between rounds, allowing Vaughan to stay in the pocket and test Ursu. The ringside physician examined the damage, gave the green light, but stepped in for a second look during round eight. With the laceration worsening, the doctor called an end to the bout.
It was an unfortunate technical stoppage rather than a brutal beatdown, closing out what had been an entertaining scrap. Ursu preserves his undefeated record and retains both of his titles.
Arbnor Jashari Outpoints Numan Hussain
Arbnor Jashari remained perfect with a clear points decision over Numan Hussain. The Swiss Albanian prospect was quicker to the punch and produced the sharper combinations, repeatedly beating the 38-year-old former Southern Area champion during the exchanges. Hussain used his experience and durability to remain in the contest, but lacked the speed and output needed to disrupt Jashari’s control.
Aloys Youmbi Decisions Sherif Musah
Aloys Youmbi returned from a year outside the ring with a 10-round decision over late replacement Sherif Musah. The cruiserweight initially struggled with the change in opponent after preparing for southpaw Mike Perez. Musah’s orthodox stance, forward pressure and clinching dragged Youmbi into an awkward inside fight, where several of his early right hands missed the target. Youmbi eventually corrected his footwork and found success with short hooks while leaving the clinches. Musah denied him the crowd-pleasing knockout, but Youmbi was never seriously troubled and controlled enough rounds to earn the decision.
Tony Curtis Defeats Imad Naseeb by Points
Tony Curtis controlled the six-rounder with his jab, hand speed and longer reach, keeping Imad Naseeb from settling into effective punching range. Naseeb tried to force his way inside but spent too much of the fight following Curtis without landing enough clean work. Curtis remained composed, dictated where the exchanges took place and collected the referee’s decision.
Frankie Wood Stops Callum Lee in Round Six
Frankie Wood broke through in the final round after Callum Lee had made him work for the victory. Lee remained competitive through much of the scheduled six-round bout, but Wood’s sustained pressure gradually wore him down. The stoppage gave Wood the most impressive result among the early undercard winners and ended Lee’s perfect record.
Sam King Outpoints Jack Swallow
Sam King used his size and steadier work rate to take a six-round points decision over Jack Swallow. The durable Swallow stayed with him and completed the distance, but King produced the cleaner boxing and controlled most of the rounds. It was a professional performance against an opponent accustomed to extending developing fighters.
Zayn Ahmed Stops Liam Fitzmaurice in Round Two
Zayn Ahmed made quick work of Liam Fitzmaurice, forcing the stoppage during the second round of their scheduled four-round bout. Ahmed took command early and did not allow Fitzmaurice’s greater professional experience to turn the contest into a prolonged affair. The result was the most predictable of the opening bouts, with Fitzmaurice losing.
Hassan Ishaq Decisions Enzo Bahiano Munoz
Hassan Ishaq had to settle for his first points victory after beginning his career with three stoppages. Enzo Bahiano Munoz absorbed Ishaq’s offense and remained in the fight through all four rounds, but offered too little in return to threaten an upset. Ishaq adjusted, boxed his way through the distance and earned a comfortable decision.
