Keenan Evans inks with Zalgiris Kaunas

Keenan Evans (190 cm, G) has signed a two-year deal with Lithuanian powerhouse Zalgiris Kaunas. Evans played college basketball at Texas Tech University and began his professional career with Grand Rapids and Delaware of the G-League. He came to Europe in 2019 and joined Igokea Laktasi of Bosnia and Herzegovina, with whom he won the league title in 2020. Keenan Evans then went to Hapoel Haifa and led Israel’s domestic league in PIR with 25.8 per game during the 2020-21 season. His performances with Hapoel caught the eye of Maccabi Playtika Tel Aviv, which signed him last summer. One year later, he is taking his talents to Lithuania to join Zalgiris.
