The Warriors won their fourth NBA championship in eight years after defeating the Celtics 4-2 in this year’s NBA Finals. After Game 6 Draymond Green made a bold statement by saying that it has not been proven that Golden State could be beaten when its core is healthy.
“It’s amazing because none of us are the same,” the four-time NBA champion talked about the team. “You usually clash with people when you’re alike. I think one thing that’s constant for us is winning is the most important thing. That is always the goal, that is always the main focus.
“For us it’s just about getting back to these moments and winning and we know what feels like and ultimately we know what that takes. We rely on each other, we depend on each other.
“If I may struggle in one area, Steph just isn’t gonna go try to do it. We rely on each other for what we’re great at. It still has not been proven when we whole that anybody can stop it.”
