Travis Kelce couldn’t contain his joy as he celebrated Taylor Swift buying back her music in a heartwarming clip of this week’s New Heights episode.
Travis and brother Jason were joined by NBA great Shaquille O’Neal for the show, and he played a clip of Swift’s hit song ‘I Knew You Were Trouble’.
Travis immediately started jigging as Shaq said it is his ‘favorite song in the world’, prompting huge cheers from Jason.
A beaming Travis replied: ‘Shout out to Tay Tay. Just got that song back, too. Just bought all her music back so it is finally hers too, man. I appreciate that, dog.’
It’s the first time that three-time Super Bowl winner Kelce had acknowledged the news about his girlfriend aside from liking her jubilant Instagram post about the news.
Swift last week shared a letter on her website to announce she had bought back the rights to her music.

Swift purchased her catalog of recordings that were first released through Big Machine Records. It has taken her six years to close the deal.
Justin Bieber‘s old manager Scooter Braun’s company Ithaca Holdings bought the catalog in 2019 before Shamrock Capital acquired it from him a year later.
She acquired those six albums and associated visuals from their most recent owner, Shamrock, for an undisclosed nine-figure sum.
The Kelce brothers, meanwhile, teased their latest podcast guest by saying they had ‘literally our biggest guest ever’ joining them this week.
For a fleeting moment, fans might have been forgiven for thinking they were talking about Swift – there isn’t really anyone more famous that they could welcome to the show.
But they were actually referencing Shaq, the 7ft 1 four-time NBA champion.
The basketball icon jokingly referred to himself as ‘the black Kelce brother’ in his introduction.
He has also made no secret of his Swift fandom before now. At the 2024 Super Bowl, which Kelce’s Kansas City Chiefs won against the San Francisco 49ers, Shaq got a picture with the singer.
‘Finally met @taylorswift,’ he said, getting his moment with the star while she cheered Kelce on to victory.
He later spoke about meeting her on the his podcast, saying: ‘She was nice, I made it real quick. I asked her if we have ever met before and she said no. I didn’t want to bother her during the game.’
