Wayne Rooney‘s next coaching job has been revealed following his departure from Plymouth Argyle.

Former Manchester United and England star Rooney was dismissed by Plymouth on December 31 with the club bottom of the Championship.

It was Rooney’s fourth managerial job following on from spells in charge of Derby, DC United and Birmingham.

During his time at Plymouth Rooney oversaw 25 matches, of which his side won five, drew six and lost 14.

After dismissing Rooney, Plymouth appointed Miron Muslic as his replacement.

Rooney has now secured a new job, which is set to get underway next month.

As reported by The Mirror, Rooney has landed a lucrative job that will see him lead ‘Train With Wayne’ sessions at a luxury hotel in Dubai.

The sessions are set to take place during February half term.

Rooney’s wife Coleen and their four sons – Kai, Klay, Kit and Cass – could join him in Dubai.

The coaching drills will take place at the Jumeirah Beach Hotel, with a seven-day holiday for a family of four, including the course but excluding flights, starting at £7,500.

Plymouth confirmed Rooney’s departure with a statement on December 31.

The statement read: ‘Plymouth Argyle can confirm that the club and Head Coach Wayne Rooney have mutually agreed to part ways with immediate effect.

‘Departing the club with Rooney will be Assistant Head Coach Mike Phelan and first team coach Simon Ireland.

‘We would like to thank Wayne and his team for all their efforts and wish them well for the future.’

‘To the Green Army thanks for making the games at Home Park so special, they are memories that we will share forever.

‘I would also like to give a special mention to my coaching staff Kevin Nancekivell, Simon Ireland, Darryl Flahavan and Mike Phelan for their knowledge, dedication, help and support.
